2. Chocolate bananas

Ingredients (serves 2)
- Bananas: 2
- Marshmallows: 2 small pieces
- Chocolate: 3 pieces
- Rum and cinnamon: to taste
Method
- Peel back only one side of each banana skin without detaching it. Cut the banana at 2 cm intervals and pull the slices apart.
- Tuck marshmallow and dark chocolate between the slices, adjusting sizes, then sprinkle with rum and cinnamon.
- Close the skin, wrap in foil and bake over the fire for about 20 minutes.
- For a stronger rum flavor, add a little more just before eating.
3. Stone-grilled beef (a griddle also works)

Ingredients (serves 2)
- Beef sirloin: 150 g
- Sea salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
Method
- Find a flat stone and heat it in the fire for about an hour.
- Move the stone out of the fire and wipe it with a damp paper napkin.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper, add olive or cooking oil to the stone and start grilling.
- Flip once one side is browned.
Note: some stones may crack when heated to high temperatures, so use them carefully. A steel griddle can replace the stone.

- Boneless chicken thigh: 1 portion
- Leafy greens: as needed
- Sea salt and pepper: to taste
Method
- Make a 4% brine (480 ml water and 20 g salt) and marinate the chicken overnight.
- Wrap the meat in layers of leaves such as magnolia, mugwort or butterbur.
- Put the wrapped meat in a Dutch oven, cover and heat over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and let the residual heat cook it for 15 minutes.
