Every order ships from our warehouse in Japan via Japan Post or ECMS. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout from your destination, shipping method and package weight. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Warranty follows the original Japanese manufacturer’s terms and is valid in Japan only. If you wish to use it, you can send the item back to Japan at your own cost, and we will help you liaise with the manufacturer.

You have 7 days after delivery to request a return. Shipping fees and sale items are non-refundable. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
