• Made in Japan, the Iwatani Entako II cassette gas takoyaki maker uses direct flame heating to create authentic Japanese-style takoyaki at home
• Equipped with a specially designed U-shaped burner for even heat distribution, allowing takoyaki to cook faster than with conventional electric models
• Delivers a maximum heat output of 1.74 kW (1,500 kcal/h) for rapid heating and deliciously golden, crispy takoyaki
• Die-cast aluminum cooking plate with a fluororesin non-stick coating helps prevent sticking and makes turning takoyaki easier
• Specially designed dividing grooves on the plate make it easy to separate the batter and shape perfectly round takoyaki balls
