Inside the Helinox Creative Center (HCC) in Seoul: A Floor-by-Floor Visit
Quick answer: the Helinox Creative Center (HCC) in Seoul has five floors, four of them open to visitors: outdoor line (B1), reception and new releases (1F), lifestyle and tactical lines (2F), an exhibition floor of shelters and tents (3F) and the HCC+ / TERG creative floor (4F). It is said to carry the widest stock in Korea.

Now that travel is open again, the WhoWhy team finally made the pilgrimage to Korea. Helinox, the Korean outdoor brand, is known for lightweight, high-strength products made with DAC aluminum alloy and fabric, in three style lines: outdoor, lifestyle and tactical. The Seoul flagship gathers all three lines with live displays and hands-on trials. Here is what we found.
Floor guide
Of the five floors, the open ones run from B1 to 4F: outdoor line (B1), reception (1F), lifestyle and tactical (2F), exhibition (3F) and creative goods (4F).

B1: Outdoor line
Everything in the outdoor line can be tried out, in a wide range of colors: cots, high- and low-back camp chairs, trekking poles and more.

1F: Reception
Besides the welcome desk, the ground floor shows new releases. During our visit it featured a fluorescent storage container from the Thor collaboration and a Korea-only outdoor skincare set with primera.

2F: Lifestyle and tactical
The second floor shows the tactical line loved by heavy users and many collaborations, including OBEY, NEIGHBORHOOD and Pendleton. The store can also sew or engrave name tags so you can personalize your gear.

3F: Exhibition
The third floor mainly shows small and medium shelters, beach tents and related gear, so you can see them in realistic use.

4F: HCC+ / TERG creative floor
The top floor is full of crossover goods and small items from other brands often used with Helinox, including lightweight, high-function brands such as Claymore and SOTO.

Summary
Helinox's lineup is split finely so every kind of camper gets the right experience, and the flagship offers a good space to see and try it. If you visit Seoul, it is worth a stop. Korea has many other camping brands in suburbs and other cities, and we hope to visit more.
